Order securely online with a credit or debit card via Stripe, or spread the cost interest-free with Klarna. All payments are processed securely and you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.
We Build Your Sauna
Your sauna is handcrafted to order. Our team hand-selects the timber and builds each unit individually — a process that takes approximately 55 days. We'll keep you updated throughout.
Delivery to Your Door
Free mainland UK delivery is included on every order. Once your sauna is ready, your courier tracking details are emailed to you. Delivery typically completes around day 60 from order.
Self-Assembly & Enjoyment
Your sauna arrives flat-packed with full assembly instructions and all fixings included. Most customers complete assembly in 2–4 hours. It plugs into a standard UK 13A socket — no electrician needed.

Cancellations & Returns
Our cancellation policy
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of placing it, provided production of your sauna has not yet commenced. Because each unit is built to order, we begin manufacturing promptly — so please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel.
If your sauna arrives damaged or materially different from what was ordered, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Returns of undamaged, unassembled units are accepted within 14 days of delivery — please contact us to arrange collection.
