1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gravity Wellness website and the purchase of products from Gravity Wellness Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

3. Orders and Contract

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) described at the stated price. A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where products are unavailable, where there is an error in the product description or price, or where we are unable to verify your payment.

You may cancel or amend your order within 48 hours of placing it by contacting us at legal@gravitywellness.co.uk. After this period, your order enters our production schedule and cancellations may not be possible.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are shown at checkout and are additional to the product price unless otherwise stated.

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the lead time stated on the product page, typically 6–10 weeks for standard orders. Delivery lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery is to mainland UK addresses only unless otherwise agreed. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

6. Returns and Refunds

7. Warranty

All Gravity Wellness products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The heating elements carry an additional 1-year warranty.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions, or the natural movement and variation of timber materials.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this warranty.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Gravity Wellness Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
