Returns Policy

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by contacting us at returns@gravitywellness.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

30-Day Returns

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The sauna is unused and unassembled.
  • All original packaging is intact.
  • You contact us before arranging return to obtain a returns authorisation number.

We are unable to accept returns of assembled saunas except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at returns@gravitywellness.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will issue a returns authorisation number and confirm collection arrangements.
  3. Ensure the product is securely repackaged in its original packaging.
  4. Our collection team will arrange a convenient date to collect the item.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns within the 14-day statutory cancellation period, we will cover the cost of collection.

For returns between 14 and 30 days, a collection and restocking fee of £150 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of collection and inspection.

We do not accept returns sent without prior authorisation.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund amount if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your sauna arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@gravitywellness.co.uk with photographs of the damage.

We will arrange collection and either replace the item or issue a full refund, at your choice. There will be no charge for collection of faulty goods.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Assembled saunas (unless faulty).
  • Products damaged through misuse or failure to follow the assembly and care instructions.
  • Accessories, consumables, and add-on products unless faulty.
  • Bespoke or custom-configured orders.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
