The Arc range delivers near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths simultaneously. Each band interacts with the body at a different depth, providing a more complete therapeutic session than single-spectrum panels.
Far infrared wavelengths penetrate tissue to a depth of 4–5 centimetres, reaching deep into muscle fibre, connective tissue, and joints — delivering therapeutic warmth that conventional air-heated saunas cannot replicate.
Infrared saunas operate at 45°C–65°C, considerably lower than traditional saunas. Because the body is heated directly, the lower ambient temperature does not reduce effectiveness — and many users find longer, more comfortable sessions are possible.
