Every Gravity sauna is built to order — not taken from a warehouse shelf. From the moment you purchase to the day it arrives, here is what happens and when you’ll hear from us.
Order Confirmed
Email updateYou receive a confirmation email and your order enters our production queue. At this point your sauna is assigned to a production slot.
Timber Selection
Our team hand-selects Canadian hemlock boards for your specific model. We look for consistent grain, minimal knots, and optimal moisture content.
Craftsmanship Begins
Email updateCutting, shaping, and preparing the timber panels begins. You receive an email update letting you know production is underway.
Cabinet Assembly
Panels are joined, the frame is assembled, and the structural integrity is checked. Tongue-and-groove construction ensures an airtight seal.
Electrical Installation
Heaters, control panels, lighting, and wiring are fitted and routed. All electrical work meets UK safety standards.
Taking Shape
Email updateThe sauna is now structurally complete. Doors, benches, and accessories are fitted. You receive a progress update.
Quality Inspection
Email updateA full quality check: every joint, every connection, every surface. The sauna is powered up and tested at operating temperature.
Final Finishing
Email updateAny final sanding, fitting of accessories, and application of protective treatments. Your sauna is disassembled for safe, flat-pack shipping.
Departed Our Facility
Email updateYour sauna is carefully crated and collected by our specialist courier. You receive tracking information.
Delivered to You
Email updateYour sauna arrives at your door. Unpack, follow the assembly guide, and your first session is just hours away.

Every Step of the Way
We send email updates at seven key moments in your sauna’s journey — from order confirmation through to delivery. You’ll always know where your sauna is in the production process.
Each update includes the current stage, what’s happening next, and an estimated timeline. When your sauna is collected by our courier, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Lead time is typically 60–90 days from order. We build to order — not to stock — so that your sauna arrives in perfect condition, built exactly to specification.
