1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Gravity Wellness website (gravitywellness.co.uk) and any purchase you make from us. Gravity Wellness is a trading name of York House Group, registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 15903905). By using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Pricing
All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices are confirmed at the point of order.
3. Made-to-Order Products
All Gravity Wellness saunas are made to order. Once your order is confirmed and payment received, production begins and your sauna is built specifically for you. Please review cancellation rights in section 5 carefully before ordering.
4. Orders and Payment
A binding contract is formed when you receive written order confirmation from Gravity Wellness and payment has been received in full. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
5. Cancellations and Your Right to Cancel
Because our saunas are made to order (bespoke/custom goods), your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is limited. Under Regulation 28(1)(b), the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, before production has commenced, at our discretion. After this period, cancellations cannot be accepted and no refund will be due.
If you believe your goods are faulty or not as described, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
6. Delivery
We offer delivery to UK mainland addresses. Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and island locations may incur additional charges, communicated before order confirmation. Delivery timescales are estimates only. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
7. Warranty
All Gravity Wellness saunas include:
- 2-year warranty on electrical components (heater, control panel, wiring)
- 1-year warranty on timber components against manufacturing defects
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, York House Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
