Important Notice — Made-to-Order Products
All Gravity Wellness saunas are manufactured specifically to your order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Your Cancellation Rights
Because our saunas are made to order, your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once production has begun (Regulation 28(1)(b) — bespoke/custom goods).
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests after this window cannot be accepted.
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are fully protected. If your sauna arrives damaged or is not as described:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at health@gravitywellness.co.uk
- Provide photos of the damage
- We will arrange collection and replacement or a full refund at our cost
