1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Gravity Wellness website (gravitywellness.co.uk) and any purchase you make from us. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices shown on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are confirmed at the point of order.

3. Orders and Payment

Enquiries submitted through our website do not constitute a binding order. A binding contract is formed only when you have received written order confirmation from Gravity Wellness and payment has been received in full.

4. Delivery

We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses. Delivery timescales are provided at the time of order and are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Islands, and other non-mainland locations may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before order confirmation.

5. Returns and Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty.

6. Warranty

All Gravity Wellness saunas include a 2-year warranty on electrical components (heater, control panel, wiring) and a 1-year warranty on timber components against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gravity Wellness shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
